The Fidelity Bank mobile app is good but the USSD code is better, the USSD code is not only used from an internet-enabled phone but also from a torchlight phone.

The Fidelity Bank USSD code can be used to transfer money to all other banks in Nigeria such as GTBank, First Bank, UBA, Zenith Bank, and even Fidelity Bank. Follow these steps :

  1. Dial *770*account number of the receiver*amount# from the mobile line registered with your Fidelity Bank.
  2. Select the receiver’s bank.
  3. Enter your Pin.
  4. You will receive your debit alert.

Important Notice:

If you are using the Fidelity Bank USSD code for the first time, you have to activate your mobile line used to register your Fidelity Bank account before you can make use of the USSD code.

Just as with other banks in Nigeria, you have to activate your mobile line registered with your bank but in Fidelity Bank, you can use any other mobile line which not linked to your Fidelity Bank account, the process to activate your Fidelity Bank USSD code is:

  • Dial *770*0# and send.
  • Type in your Fidelity Bank account number.
  • Create your four (4) digits pin.
  • Type the four (4) pin to confirm the pin
  • You will be asked if you have an alternative mobile line if yes, you type the phone number and send it.
  • Enter your four (4) digits pin.
