The National Examination Council (NECO) is a body that conducts and supervises examinations in Nigeria from the National Common Entrance Examinations (NCEE) to the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE) both Internal and external.
This article is to guild you on how to check your NECO result. If you follow the instruction you can check the NECO result by yourself without going to any business center except if you need a printout of the NECO result.
How to Check Your NECO Result 2022/2023
The 2022/2023 NECO result is out and to see your result take these simple steps:
- Go to the NECO result portal.
- Fill out the form (check result) carefully and correctly, you must put in your registration number and fill the rest section.
- You have to purchase a token or a NECO scratch card. without the PIN on the NECO scratch card, you can’t access your NECO result
- If the above is done click check the result and it will display.
If you follow the above instruction carefully you will be able to see your NECO result in just two (2) minutes. When filling out the form look out for the type section and choose your type. You can get the NECO scratch card at the NECO office at N300 only or better still go for the token, just below the form and click the purchase token and sign if you have an account but if not sign up with your email and follow the instructions.
Important Notice
The new NECO Pattern of grading is:
- A1 is Excellent.
- B2 Very Good.
- B3 is Good.
- C4, C5, and C6 are Credit.
- D7 and D8 are Pass.
- F9 is Fail.
