The national communications commission (NCC) is making sure that everyone goes through this exercise by blocking all outgoing calls for all mobile subscribers who have not linked their NIN or don’t have NIN.

Linking your NIN to your Airtel line can be done easily through the following ways.
Through the USSD Code
Using the USSD code is one of the easiest ways to link your Airtel to your NIN.
It is important to note that if your Airtel is already blocked, you can’t use the USSD code to link.
- dial *121*1#
- Follow the process to link your Airtel line to your NIN
- You will receive a message of successful submission.
Through the Airtel NIN Portal
This method is for both blocked lines and those that need to link. You need an internet service to run this method successfully.
- visit the Airtel NIN Portal.
- Type in your Airtel mobile line and submit.
- You will receive an OTP.
- Follow the instruction and submit
- You will receive a message ‘successfully linked to your NIN”.
